I live in a luxury apartment complex that is a year and a half old, my unit is at the back of the property and backs onto a green belt so it's nice and quiet. Every third Saturday of the month they serve brunch for the residents, which is always really good. It can be anything from chicken and waffles, breakfast tacos, or a made to order omelette. They always have other resident functions throughout the month as well. The rent listed includes all bills paid. I'm chill and easy going, and also like to explore different coffee shops. I sometimes work from home but usually I'm out and about, I'm not opposed to hanging out when our schedules line up. I do have a rescue dog, she's really chill and sleeps a lot in the day. Although no other animals in the house. I'm not a big partier and don't want parties back at the flat, please and thank you.
