The room I am renting, is actually the master bedroom. It has two smaller walk in closets, lots of windows and a wood floor. Right now there is a queen bed in it, which can be used or removed. I can add more furniture or you can bring your own.
The house itself is a cozy, older, Spanish style house with a fireplace and built in cabinets.
We will share the bathroom and the kitchen and I am the only person living in the house with 3 small dogs. Some days I am partially around, some days you might not even see me.
The rent for the room comes with everything included, even TV and wireless internet, heat, water, trash etc.
I-210 and I-110 are minutes away and lead to all other interstates conveniently, shopping is all close by
