1 room in a 3bdrm house

Fit military couple looking to replace our last roomie/ good friend (who moved away due to new orders) with the right person or couple who is similar in terms of cleanliness, organization, responsible, respectful, takes care of themselves etc.

House: 3 bd 2 bth house, approx 1100 sqft. Newly renovated, Encanto area, 15-20 mins from "everything," plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood, across the street from a nice park, nice neighbors. Renting out 1 bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom in hall. (We have our own bathroom in the master). A/c & central heat. $800 plus portion of utilities. Wifi & cable in the bedroom.

Us: Married couple, late 20s. Into fitness & healthy-ish/ active lifestyle. Both work full-time on Coronado. We have 2 boxer dogs, they take over the garage & yard. They do come into the house but are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. We are somewhat homebodies. Do like to go out every now & then but keep it classy. We keep the house & yard clean & organized, and are pretty quiet during the week. We are non-smokers, non-drug users, occasional drinkers & non-judgemental but prefer someone with similar habits.
