My wife and I are renting one of our second floor bedrooms. Our house is a 4,300 square foot home with a split upstairs plan and our bedroom on the main floor. The house is newly built. The room for rent is on the second floor and is approx. 11x12 with a walk in closet. Electricity, cable, and internet are all included. There will be a furnished living room with TV available for use on the second floor. Use of laundry, kitchen, etc available. The bedroom has a semi-private bathroom. There is a guest 1/2 bath for most uses on the first floor, but this semi-private bath on the second floor will need to be available occasionally for family who may come from out of town. You can make use of the guest room if you have out of town guests visit. A background check will be conducted before you move in. First month's rent and a security deposit due before moving in. We will meet with those interested so that we can ensure you aren't crazy, creepy, etc! Sorry, but no guys.
