Description

I have a room for rent in a 2 story condo. It is a 2 bed, 2.5 bath with each room having their own bathroom. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, washer and dryer inside condo, outdoor patio that gets sunlight all day long and many more!

Looking for someone who is cool, financially stable, clean, shares equal responsibility as far as dishes, trash, cleaning etc. Male or female I don't care as long as our personalities click. Students or young professionals ages 18-40. I myself am a student who attends UT.


The rent is a single payment of $800/month and that includes water, super high speed internet, and available parking in front of the condo. Electricity is split. The condo is in a gated community and there is small car parking available for you inside the complex and there is also all day and overnight street parking that is always available

HEB Plus is 4 blocks away and the UT shuttle stop is a couple blocks away too.
