1 bedroom + bath in Irvine, CA

Description

I have a 1 bedroom and bath available to working professionals or students. You will be added to the lease. The bedroom is 11x13 (I think) with a full wall of closet space, and you will have your own bathroom (although it is outside your bedroom door, so it is accessible by the common area).

I am a 52 year old Director of Sales & Marketing, clean, quiet, transplant from the Chicago area. I don't smoke, don't do drugs, and rarely drink (only a couple of times per year). I do drive for Uber/Lyft, but not really a late night person.

I am looking for someone who is quiet, clean, grew up in a family so they respect others, and who do not smoke, do not do drugs (sorry - no 420), and if you drink socially, that is fine. But if you come home sloppy drunk, I'll change the locks ;-) I am open to age and gender, as I have lived with my 3 older sisters growing up, a male roommate about my age, and then once rented to a UCI female student. I had no problems with any of them (well - except for maybe my sisters. lol).

No pets - although you do need to be dog friendly, as I have just separated from my wife, and the dogs will be staying with her, but they may come over to visit occasionally ;-)

I am just a normal guy looking for a normal roommate (or possible 2 students) who can afford $1000/month rent (2 students would get a break to about $750 each). It is unfurnished, but depending upon your rent, I may be willing to buy furniture for it.
