Looking for someone to take over my part of the lease. Two bedroom apartment with washer and dryer in the apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Only one of the bedrooms is up for rent. The apartment living room is already furnished. Rent is $499 a month plus the Utility bill. Free Internet and Cable. There is a $49 fee for a background check before papers can be signed. The apartment is on the second floor. Pets are welcome, but there is a pet application fee as well. You may or may not have to pay for a down deposit, depending on weather or not you share a lease with the people who are in the other bedroom. Lux 13 has a community swimming pool, a small gym, and a tanning booth. Lux 13 is in walking distance to a couple of restaurants, grocery stores, and clothing stores.
