I am a 54 yr. old dance teacher. Dancing is my passion & in addition to teaching, I go out dancing or take dance classes 2-3 times a week. However, when I'm home I like a nice, quiet place to relax. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I RARELY have company at the apartment as I pefer to go into Manhattan to socialize. I am respectful of my roommate & hope you will be also. This is a ONE bdrom apartment to SHARE. I have removed the furniture from the living room and placed room dividers across the space for your privacy. We would share the kitchen & bathrm. I pay all utilities, as well as, household necessities. Ridgewood is a GREAT neighborhood right on the Queens/Brooklyn border with lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, laundromats and pretty much anything you could need. Near the L & M trains and many buses. I don't mind what kind of lifestyle you lead as long as you are quiet at home & don't bring many people home.
