It is centrally located between Miami Beach, Midtown, and Brickell, right next to i for easy access to commutes. The unit is higher than the th floor overlooking the largest cruise port in the world, Adrienne Arscht center, the $1B miami bridge project, and dozens of high rises.

The Art Plaza has a ton of walkable restaurants, gyms, barbers, and nightlife nearby. Including Bistro Cafe, Miami Slice, BOXR, Elev8tion, Space, and Eeven. There are also three convenience stores for basic needs onsite and within walking distance.
