Good day. I am "A", (Aifherly), landlord of this 3 bedroom apartment in ASTORIA .

I'm Greek American, Professional, currently working in construction industry (Brownstone Facade Restoration). Valerie (my partner), Italian, Professional, working in Sales and Marketing. Manager of Travel and Tour firm here in the city. Another roommate who's Russian.

We are 3 young, clean, respectful, classy female professionals who opt for 1 lady to occupy our 1 vacant room (1 lady each room). We will be a total of 4 ladies in the apartment.

Available on January 1, 2016:

Room: $900 + Utilities and Wifi (without window), Furnished medium sized cozy room with white walls, installed cabinet, table and chair, black standing mirror.

Electricity and Wifi is like $50-70 each per month.

Can Cook

No Living Room (As it has been converted to a bedroom)

Strictly NO SMOKING! NO DRUGS! NO PETS!

I am quite selective with tenants. Preferably young ladies who have stable jobs, tidy as clean as you go, respectful, quiet and drama-free.

My apartment is located here at Crescent Street, Astoria, close to N or Q train between 30th Avenue and Broadway Stops! Very Near to Manhattan! Accessible to all supermarkets, laundry shops, nice
restaurants in Broadway!

I'll be needing the last 3 pay stubs, Security deposit + Rent for January

Room: Total: $1,800: $900 Security Deposit + $900 upon moving in
