Sub-leaser for Spring Semester

I am looking for a female sub-leaser for spring 2016. The room is in Wahu Student Apartments located at 1016 Washington Ave SE. The apartment comes with many great amenities such as indoor workout facility, pool and hot tub, business center, and much more.
The apartment itself is 4 bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. It comes fully furnished with AC and heat as well as a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. There is free wifi in the building.
The apartment building is located in Stadium Village right across the street from the Green Light Rail Station and very close to many bus routes including 6 and 2. It is with in blocks of CVS and Walgreens as well as many restaurants including Punch Pizza and Noodles.
I am flexible about the date that you could pick up the lease from December to January.
