ROOM TO RENT IN ASTORIA/DITMARS - Starting December
$850 rent + deposit($150) + last month. Looking for someone preferable until May 2016. But shorter/longer is possible too!

The deposit will be returned when you move out after we check nothing in the room was damaged. Otherwise part of the money will be deducted accordingly. The last month is for security I will have a 30 day notice of you moving out. In sum, you are not losing any money.

In the bedroom: full size bed, desk, wireframe shelf, dresser, another furniture good for shoes/books. There is no closet.

The remain of the apartment: the other bedroom, living/dining room ( with TV/cable) kitchen, bathroom

The neighborhood has laundry nearby, plus supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops. It's a small building in a relatively quiet block.

Important detail : Must be ok, preferable like cats. There is one quiet and relax cat sharing the apartment too and she ain't going anywhere
