Oceanside Master Bedroom/Bathroom

I'm looking to rent the master bedroom of our 3 bedroom apartment. We are in a nice, well-kept complex in the San Luis Rey area. The room is in the back of the unit and has a private full bathroom and walk-in closet. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit which you would be welcome to use. You're also welcome to the kitchen and common areas. The cost is $800 per month, which includes utilities, cable, WiFi, etc., with a $500 security deposit. A background check will be required.

I'm a single mom with two boys ages 8 and 10. I work full-time and am only usually home on the evenings and weekends. I'm recently separated and looking to at least fulfill my lease, which ends in August 2016, so I'm looking for a responsible and respectful person to share the unit with. There is no contract or minimum term, but I'd prefer to find someone looking to stay for 6+ months.

Kids are ok, but only one room is available. The complex does not allow dogs in our building, but other animals are negotiable. No smoking in the unit. There is a private balcony you can use to smoke if desired.
