I am looking for a subleaser for my apartment room in University Villa apartments. My room is the larger one with the larger closet. As of now I can comfortable fit a large queen size bed with frame and headboard, a large desk, a dresser stand, and a dog crate in my room. Unfortunately, the room will not come furnished. My apartment does have a furnished kitchen, living room, and bathroom. It is $495 a month plus $20 electricity. I have a roommate but she is very cool, and easy to get along with.
