Subleaser (The Edge)

If you are interested in living by the UNCC, The Edge is a great place to live. It is a friendly community and offers a volleyball court, a gym, and a pool.You would live with 3 other awesome roommates and it's a 10 minute walk to class or you can catch the bus. I'm subleasing a room. The aparmtment is shared with 3 other people.The rent is $490 a month but that's with everything included. I will be graduating in December so I will be moving away If you are interested in subleasing please let me know I'm willing to pay half of December's rent plus your application I move out as soon as you need me to.
