House with Pool Available ASAP

Looking to fill 2 rooms ASAP in my house with a pool. Each room will rent for $475. The rooms share a bathroom. Utilities range from $80 to $110 per person depending on if 2 or 3 people total, live in the house. There is a pool with a security fence, and huge backyard. I do have a dog. I'd be willing to compromise price if a roommate would let my dog in/out of the house on days I might travel.
