Two women in engineering looking to fill a single bedroom in their apartment! New tenant would have their own room with large closet, access to a shared living space that is fully furnished by both of the current tenants that includes a nice sized kitchen and living room. Bathroom is shared, but both girls are neat and tidy. The room would need to be furnished to you living standards but a lofted bed is already in place that just needs a mattress. 5 minute walk from West Campus, and the neighborhood is mostly quiet, but fun on the weekends!
