We are going to have the master bedroom available in mid-January in our 3 bed 2 bath condo. It's a 6 month lease although, if you like it, you could turn it into a year or longer.

We have 2 females in the other rooms, both recent college grads (23 y/o and 26 y/o females). They work a lot but like to enjoy Atlanta as well. One is from ATL, the other is from DE.

The cost is $775 plus utilities which are around $50. The master is huge with its own bathroom, two large closets, a linen closet in the bathroom. The condo is beautiful - hardwood and tile flooring, crown molding, granite countertops, gated garage, 2 pools, workout facility right down the hall and more!

The main area is furnished so you only need your own bedroom furniture!
