New Listing- Sublet Spring Semester

Seeking someone to sublet an apartment for spring semester at University Park or December/January through June. I am going abroad and need someone to fill my spot in my apartment I share with three other roommates. It is a new and very spacious apartment with all appliances, two bedrooms, two baths. It is in an excellent location and very close to campus, the farthest building on campus is a 15 minute walk. You would be sharing a room with one other girl who keeps her room clean and is very easy to get along with. You will share a bathroom with that same girl and only her. There is a garage attached to the building and a welcoming management whom will take care of any problem you may have. There are two sets of laundry units on the floor directly. Rent is negotiable.
