Seeking a sublet for a shared room in a 4 bedroom/ 5 person apartment. We are 4 genuine, kind, motivated, and fun girls that are looking for a roommate! The apartment is in FloCo Fusion at 1000 University Ave SE. Rent is $590 a month.
The apartment has an in-house washer and dryer, balcony, three flat screen televisions (one large (42") one in the living room, and two small (15") ones in each of the bathrooms), and an iPod docking station with surround sound in the living room as well! There is an island in the kitchen with granite hard tops and a great amount of cupboards and storage space. All cable and wifi is included - each apartment has their own router too. Some of the other highlights include: free breakfast twice a week, workout facility, free tanning, outdoor courtyard with grill, free Core Power Yoga Membership, and great location for both University and Metro Transit busses.
