Amazing room heart of ther plateau

Hi , I have a beautifully furnished room in my amazing 6 1/2 appartement that is situated in the heart of the plateau. I share the apartment with my young daughter. It is very quiet , well furnished , cozy and clean . It comes with high speed internet, a beautiful private terrasse with barbecue, cable and washer and drier. its a 2 min walk to the Sherbrooke metro station, the university, downtown, parc lafontaine, many grocery stores and lots of little shops and coffee shops.
I would prefer a girl and a minimum stay of 4 to 6 months. There is no maximum. It is available as of Dec 23 and the price is 650 all included.
If you are interested in living in one of the nicest areas in the city , wright back asap. Everything in the room is new . There is even lots of free parking around for those who have a car.
