Looking for roommate

Hi everyone!

I am moving out of state and looking for someone to take over my lease. It is a two bedroom two bath so you will have your own private space. The lease is up at the end of June 2016. I do have a roommate who will be staying. She is pretty good about cleaning up after herself and is fairly quiet but would be happy to be friends with a new roommate. We are looking for someone in the 22-26 age range, preferably female. The apartment is only about 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh and only 5 minutes from Cary crossroads shopping centers. I would be asking someone to sign for the rest of the lease and rent itself is only 478.50 a month. With utilities/electric/trash and service fees it usually ends up around 550 a month. Please me if you're interested at all but only serious responses please.
