I'm looking for an awesome roommate to share my apartment with me. Awesome location across the street from Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Publix, LA Fitness and train/bus/trolley station. Check it out on maps. Never need to drive! Found a great deal and had to jump on it because of the prime location.

Your rent will be $1,150 + ½ of Utilities (Electric/Cable/Internet). Shared kitchen supplies would be split as well. Would like to have a monthly cleaning service, but that's negotiable. The bedroom is the second smaller bedroom, I will be living in the master bedroom with separate bathroom.

Apartment is mostly unfurnished. I am in the process of buying furniture. Your bedroom will be unfurnished. Approximate dimensions are 12' x 13.' No parking currently available in the building, but am on a waiting list. Parking is available on the street or in a nearby garage for a monthly fee. First/Last/Security Deposit is due at move in - which is standard.
