Hello,

My Fiance and I are looking for a roommate in our 4 bedroom single level home with a large fenced yard in Oceanside.

The home is located within just a 2 minute walk from Starbucks and Fresh & Easy (off of North River Road)!

The room is medium sized with new carpet flooring and the rest of the house has tile flooring.

The room does not have a closet.
We do have the room furnished with a queen bed you could use if needed.

There is a shared bathroom in the hallway with plenty of storage space and a shower/tub combo.

We and our 2 other roommates are in our 20's-30's
We are health-minded (vegan/organic), into gardening and cooking, and we're looking for a like-minded, responsible, respectful, clean, and easy going renter.

We wake up around 5-7am everyday for work so we ask that noise be kept down at nights starting around 10-11pm.

Unfortunately, someone who works night shifts and sleeps during the day would be on the opposite schedule and therefore our house would not be a good fit.

This is a 420 friendly home. No cigarette smokers please, just e-cigs are okay.
And drinking is fine, as long as you can handle your alcohol.

We have a dominant 2 year old female German Shepherd so the ideal roommate will be a dog lover.

Our lease will not allow us to bring in any other dogs or cats, but caged pets are fine with approval.

Rent is $580 due on the 1st monthly. Utilities are included in the rent.

A refundable security deposit of $500 will be required upon move in.

The room is available as of right now, looking for someone to move in by or around November 1st.

This would be a month-to-month agreement, so long and short term rentals are fine.

Single occupancy and no children please.

Most recent pay stub and a photo ID will be required. References and/or background check may be requested.
