A $150 deposit is required which is NONREFUNDABLE cause it pays for cleaning the restroom, kitchen area, washing dishes (you don't wash dishes), all common areas. I provide clothes detergent and softener. I will buy you a new pillow, and bath towels if you don't have any. We have a home theater with stadium seating to watch movies at times. The house has a nice yard with water falls, stream with Koi and gold fish. I also have a Jacuzzi to use in the summer, swimming pool, and a terrace on top to chill out. House is in East El Paso by Montwood and Saul Kleinfeld sts. Parking is in the front. First come first served for driveway. Fort Bliss is about 15 to 20 mins. away depending on traffic. I rent out to soldiers, students, and professionals only. There is a KMart, Target, Albertson's, Chase and Wells Fargo Banks mins. away. Contact me for an interview , then I can show you the room.
