Furnished room in beautiful condo

Description

I am a young professional female looking to rent out a room in my townhouse in the amazing summerlin community. The unit is walking distance from downtown summerlin and the beautiful piccoli ranch walking trails with easy access to the 215 and Redrock casino 3 minuets away.

The condo has hardwood floors and very high ceilings. The kitchen comes with a gas stove, big fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space! 2 patios are open- one with a gas grill and one with seats for lounging. We are directly above the garages, so you don't have to worry abut someone complaining about noise. You will have a private room with large closet and bathroom.

The complex has a huge pool with a waterfall and hot tub for public use, there is also A fitness room for use 24/7!

I do have a small 6 lb hypoallergenic (doesn't shed) Shih-tzus that doesn't really get along with other pets, but she loves people and hides in her bed most of the day (so sorry she is the only princess in the house).
Please be a clean person as the house is spotless and cleaned throughout weekly. I am not a clean freak but I do like a tidy house. Please no drama, I am a very chill person and I get along with everyone. Outside smoking OK. This is Vegas so I do understand the occasional house guest, but nothing long term unless disclosed upfront. The rent is all inclusive of utilities including 50mps high speed internet, power, gas, water and trash. The living room has a smart TV and sound system ( since we are over the garage we can watch movies or TV with out upsetting the neighbors. Plenty of parking in-front of the unit.
I will require first and last months rent up front with a 30 day notice to vacate, and I do ask that you leave the room in the same condition as you moved in.
