Looking for roommate

Male looking for male or female Roommate in Marietta, PA for $350 a month (prorated for partial months)...We will split Cable, Electric, and Heat.

Includes Central AC, water, sewer, & laundry. I have all appliances including Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Toaster, George Forman Grill, Blender, and rice cooker you can use. I have all dishes, cookware, dinner table and chairs you can use. All you need is a bed.

NO SMOKERS, NO DRUGS, and no kids.

Roommate needs to have a job, have no pets but must be ok with my cat, doesn't smoke, and knows how to clean.

Must provide pay stub for proof of job and a background check will be conducted before I show you the room. A $300 deposit will be required (you can make payments). If you are interested, please me about how much you make a month (just to make sure you can make rent), any prior criminal history or anything that might come back on the background check.
