A very safe quite neighborhood with a tennis court and swimming pool at the end off our street. My bedroom is on the ground floor and renting out the upstairs bedrooms for $450 a room, utilities included. There is a non refundable $150 deposit which goes towards the final months rent. For a furnished room the deposit is 200. Im also willing to rent out both bedrooms as a package for $750 a month. My previous tenant was a female that rented both bedrooms upstairs for 3 years before getting married and moving out in September. We maintained a strictly business relationship, involving no personal favors or funny business. A little about myself, I am a straight 35 year old Nigerian/African American male professional. I work 3rd shift as a Grocery manager and also have an in home recording studio in which I conduct my own business. At times it can get a little loud as far as music goes, but its not a constant distraction and I am respectful of tenants. Generally my home is a quite environment and I do have guest every once in a while.When it comes to home upkeep I am clean and expect my tenants to be as well. Pets are welcome.
