The community offers a swimming pool and tennis/basketball courts for recreation and during winter snows the sidewalks driveways, and streets are plowed and treated with chemicals. The community allows for street parking.
This home is conveniently located to major shopping areas and major highways/interstates. I do have a small dog and a cat.
Interested roommates will show proof current employment and sign a one year lease as well. This is a 12 month or longer opportunity. The monthly rent will be $ 500.00 plus 1/2 of all utility. In addition, a deposit of $400 is due to hold your spot and will get it back when you move out. $500 is due the day you move in as well. Serious replies please.
