Looking for a room near IVC!

Hi, future roommate! My name is Sehwa, but you can call me Ember. I'm a UCI student, but I dropped my student status for 2015-2016 academic year to take GE Valley College. I'm very laid back, so I don't mind who you are and what you do as long as you don't violate my privacy and disturb me from sleep (unless I request you to haha). I consider myself as a homebody, so I probably will spend most of my time at home if I'm not at school or working.

I would like to find a room, single or shared, in walking distance to IVC. My budget is $500 including utilities, so if you have an item similar to it, please let me know! I have to move out from the unreasonably expensive school apartment ASAP!

I would like to move in in December and move of June, but if I like how it's going place, I will consider living there for another year (or most of my academic career which is 7 more years)

I'm looking for a part/full time job right now, so for first couple months, rents will come out from my parents' pocket, but after that, I will have to pay it on my own. I will pay my rents through venmo or other electronic systems so you don't have to go through the hassle of writing me a receipt.

I do not have credit scores since I haven't opened a credit , but we can always sign a contract haha. Or you can check my parent's credit score if you REALLY have to...
