Hello, my name is Nikki and I recently was relocated here from San Diego for my career. I am a 30 year old, full time ballroom dance instructor, my hours are noon-11pm roughly....it's always varied due to the nature of the business. I'm very clean and respectful of others properties. I'm non-smoking (but also non judgemental), and I do enjoy a few drinks out or at home but definitely over the party scene. I am a quiet roomie and I'm usually hanging out in my room watching Netflix if I'm not working. I like having a roommate because I am sociable and love to hang out, but of course, I also love my "me time." I have a boyfriend who still lives in California, so we take turns going back and forth on the weekends to see each other, so you'd have lots of weekends to yourself :)

The apt is on the 2nd floor, it's bright and very large and fully furnished. The room you would occupy is furnished with a lamp, clock, nightstand, air mattress and walk in closet equipped with hangers. The full bathroom is right next to the bedroom with a shower. Washer and Dryer are on our patio, which is huge and a nice sitting area. Plenty of parking spaces are available here, as well as three pool areas with hot tubs, a dog grooming center, an outdoor cabana area for bbqing and parties and a fitness center. I love this apartment, I really do!

$550 is just for the furnished room, ALL utilities and electricity are NOT included and will vary month to month.
$650 a month FLAT RATE includes furnished room internet, electricity, water, trash, parking, laundry :)
