I am looking to share a 1480 square foot 3 bedroom condo with one other person. Amenities include a heated pool on the water, quick highway access, in a neighborhood with upscale homes and a resort. Every room has big windows facing the sunset. Room includes large private bathroom and private balcony, two panel closet and separate linen closet. Has full size bed already but can be taken out. Rent includes all utilities. House is fully furnished with 8k home theater and 70 inch LCD TV. House smells nice and I plan on keeping it that way. Building is very secure, all doors lock after you walk through them. Coin operated laundry room on the floor. Next door resort allows residents of this building to use their tennis courts and volleyball areas, as well as having a tiki bar and a nice restaurant. I am a 31 year old professional who works a lot and is gone most days and a lot of nights. St. Pete beach is only 10 minutes away, and Ft. Desoto beach is even closer.
