I live in east point, ga. The house was built in the 40's. Its not a new house but very cute. Large bedroom only one bath but the place is roomie has fenced in backyard and screened in front and back porch. Hardwood floors throughout. Washer and dryer in house offstreet parking. You must be gay friendly, Its a good neighborhood and have good neighbors. The area has good restaurants and is growing.. Im a good person I work hard going back to school in October and I need someone who will be here for a while. I do have a 5 month old puppy and a cat. No cats allowed but dogs we can work with.
