Female or gay male roommate wanted!

Looking for a female or gay male roommate. I own a 3 bedroom/1.5 bath house on half an acre. It is located off Kessler and 46th in a beautiful wooded housing addition with an 8 minute drive to Downtown and 12 minutes to Broadripple!

Bedroom is 11x10, house is 1,294 square feet.

I am a 28 year old female who works from home as a property manager. The 2nd bedroom is used as my office. I have two friendly large dogs.

I am looking for a roommate but also someone who I can become good friends with (drink wine and watch Netflix.) I do not party during the week but I do enjoy going out on the weekends. I get up very early to work out in the morning and I am very active. I am very open minded so I am looking for a roommate who is similar.

I have a garage with lots of space for storage as well as a shed in the back yard for additional storage. The back yard is fenced in with a hammock and fire pit.

The half bath would be your bathroom to decorate as you choose.

Bedroom is completely empty but it can be furnished upon request!

Rent is $600 plus utilities
