1RM for Entrepreneur/Working Prof.

Description

I am currently planning on subletting two rooms in a three bedroom apartment in bushwick on the second floor. The entire building has been recently renovated. The crime rate in that area is "very low" according to the crime map report and there is plenty of parking on the street.

I am tidy, don't smoke, quite, and work out three days a week. I majored in mechanical engineering tech. and currently work as a project Engineer, and I am also a highly motivated entrepreneur. I am looking for likeminded individuals to sublet to (male or female) who are interested in starting their own business or have already done so.
