clean, respecatble, 400- 600 month depending on untilities. furnished would be nice, however, have own furniture. Im a professional consultant, promoter, and dee-jay. College educated and steady income. A roomate would be nice - however an loft of my own would also work. garbage, grass, and water and parking would be a bonus.

I graduate with honors from Marine City High School in 93. I was 2 time allstate. I also played baseball and was captain of every sport. In collage i earned a 4 year varsity letter in football and also team captain, along with baseball. I graduated with honors and deans list in 1997. I went on to move to Dallas, Tx before moving to Manhattan Beach, CA. I worked for General Star Management Co. underwriting Excess and Surplus lines insurance. Stuff that no would would insurance writing up to 30 million over 1 million in coverage.

I'm looking for a change in atmosphere. I just turned 40 yro recently. The town that I grew up in is a little small and doesn't have that much excitment.
I'm an Insurance consultant and have been in the process of developing a music studio along side with my career in Minimal Tech House (Minimalist).

My musical interests include all sorts of genres, Rock n Roll, Metal, R&B and country. I have been a Dee-Jay for over 10 years and felt like I was in a slump. My current living arragments need to change in a positive way. I have picked up and moved plently of times. I have been looking at Orlando area for some time and feel that this is going to better my life.

What I am looking for, other than "getting my foot in the door" is a roomate that down to earth and open minded. Also my own loft would work. Ideally, someone that does music or has similar interests would be benificial.

I am also a great cook, very clean, overall - a professional. I'm 5'8'' 160 lbs athletic and have a very creative mind...
