AMAZING apartment Gyms, Pools Nov 1

Description

I'm a 28 year old male professional who works in real estate development in Northern VA. I live in a great apartment complex located in the Herndon/Reston area right off of rt. 28. The apartment is fully loaded with lots of amenities like two full gyms, an entertainment room with a movie theatre, two conference rooms, a half court basketball court, and two full pools with outdoor grills! I've really enjoyed it because it's close to a lot of spots (20 mins to Arlington, Clarendon; 30 mins to DC; 3 mins to Dulles Airport) but is extremely quiet and noise free. I'm looking for a male or female roommate who is looking to move in Nov. 1 or earlier if needed.
A little about myself: I'm very active and enjoy all sports and working out. When I'm not working, I'm in the gym or on the golf course. I'm one of the most laid back, chill, independent guys you'll meet and enjoy a person who is as easy to get along with. I like going into DC and trying out new spots. We don't have to be best friends, but I think it'd be cool (guy or girl) if we can get along and enjoy each other's company. Of course, if you're not the most social person, that's alright too. I won't bother you and you can just go about your business. It's just a wonderful spot and I encourage you to check it out.
