Small room for rent

3 bedroom, large office and 2 bath (I'm in the master) I have two 10 X 10 rooms available. They are in the same hallways as the full bathroom. The house is furnished, has WIFI. One room has a single bed, dresser, coffee table and cable ready TV. The other room has a futon and some stored items that can be moved out if need be. The price if for one room but feel free to use the other for some storage. If need be the room can be made available for a child we would have to reconsider the price for more people. I have an office in the front of the house with two desks and computers. The rooms were painted by the previous owner, one is a race car room the other is a jungle room, your choice.
