Room for rent... $120/wk or $500/mo

We are looking for a new roommate. The room is $120 / week with utilities included - electric, water, cable. Furnished or unfurnished. High speed internet available also. (Outside smoking only.)

Our house is conveniently located in central Orlando, near Rosemont. There are lots of woods here and a small lake in the back. It is a 3/2 split plan, so you would share the bathroom.

Rent rate is for one person. Deposit is $300 and will be refunded after you move out, provided: you give at least 2 weeks notice before moving and nothing is damaged or missing. There is a $20 background check fee. Proof of income and references required.

Outside pets only... pet deposit required.

We also have an inversion table and workout facilities available for a small monthly fee. There is a large lake a mile from here if you like to swim or walk or bicycle and a Community Center with a workout facility and pool the same distance away.

We are a couple in our mid 50's. I am from Alaska, but have lived in many other places as my father was a pilot and administrator and general's aide in the Air Force. Mom was a high school teacher of home ec and English.

I have 4 children, 3 sons, who all live in Washington state, and one daughter, who lives in Kentucky now. My oldest son has 2 boys.

My boyfriend, Scott, works in construction and remodeling and is working toward getting his general contractor's license. He has two children, his son, who lives downtown, and a daughter and her son, who live in Clermont.
