Central air/heat and a washer and dryer round out all the amenities.You'll have your own room and your own bathroom, and you're more than welcome to use the common space like it's your own - because it will be! :)There's a supermarket literally 2 min away on foot, and there are a few restaurants and bars within a min walk. If you drive or jump in an uber, you're about 5 min from tons of hip restaurants and nightlife on Milwaukee Ave. This is a great combination of a sleepy neighborhood with a ton to do nearby.Your room isn't huge at feet, but the door placement is such where you can easily fit a queen size bed, a dresser, and even a small desk. You'll also have a large closet that could even maybe be turned into a space for a desk and computer if you don't want that in your main bedroom space. The closet is feet wide and over 3 feet deep.My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate to help with bills so we can save some money. We're in a stable, no-drama relationship. We're very laid back and mostly keep to ourselves. That much said, I'm going to be setting up a " projector screen for movie night, etc. So that'll probably bring us out of our room more often. We're clean, responsible, and friendly.Parking is very easy on the street before about 7pm. I normally park right outside the front door. After 7pm you may have to park a block or two away. There is parking available out back for an extra fee. I'd have to talk to the landlord about that if you're interested.The biking/walking trail is less than 5 min away by bike which is an express trip into Wicker Park. You can put your bike right inside the front door.Armitage bus is a sec walk from the apartment.

The apartment has a wonderful kitchen, brand new refrigerator, gas stove, plenty of storage with a walk in pantry. The bedrooms can fit queen size mattress and each has a closet as well other shelves and upper storage above the closet. The shower has good pressure and plenty of storage as well. There is a patio off the back door and the stairs from the downstairs door lead to an area where other things can be kept. Central A/C and heat. The room is good size and the items in the picture will be moved out of course. I am looking for a female roommate, if you work from home that is fine.
