Eligible roommate must be LGBTQ+ friendly and baby friendly, and we will only accept a female applicant.We are both working professionals and work in and outside the home.The townhouse is in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by parks. We are within walking distance of Starbucks, Walmart, Target, and the shopping center. We are also less than 5 minutes from the freeway and other main roads.We keep a clean household and rotate chores for the shared living space.
