We have two large, spacious bedrooms available. The home includes shared common areas: a cozy living room with a -inch TV, a dining space, and two shared bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, and plenty of storage. No need to bring your own dishware—we’ve got everything you need!

Outside, there’s a private covered patio with a fire pit and grill, perfect for movie nights or relaxing. Parking is easy with a two-car garage and plenty of driveway and street parking.

The household is quiet and clean, with two tenants currently living in the home (4 bedrooms total). We’re respectful of personal space, and while we don’t party, we’re fine with tenants having overnight guests, provided larger gatherings are communicated in advance. We have two fridges for ample storage space, and every tenant gets their own small pantry cabinet.

We offer extremely fast COX G, and G WiFi with unlimited data, supported by multiple routers for strong coverage. Wired Ethernet is also available in the rooms for a direct connection.

The home is equipped with a Ring security system on all entrances and the garage, which tenants can access. We also have solar power.

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.

No security deposit or last month’s rent is required; just cover any damages if they occur. The rooms are spacious enough to comfortably fit a bed, couch, desk, and TV, making them ideal for anyone who values space and comfort.
