Business Professional who is looking for a clean, safe, and newer place to live in, someone who does not work remotely from home, sorry NO Remote working roommates wanted, Also, NON-SMOKER! IF you smoke Weed, Vape or cigs, or Remote workers sorry this is not the right place for you.

Have to be OCD-clean and able to pay your rent/bills on time. (Background Checks are done)

Make a Min of X your rent to live without stress of being able to pay your rent.
Have a Clean Background, if you have a Criminal background, sorry but you will not qualify.
NO-Drugs, SMOKING or anything else done in the unit that is illegal or not wanting in our home.
Drinking is fine but if you can't control your drinking, it won't work out living here.
This is a Peaceful and Quiet, Safe place to live, so anyone into weekend House Partys all the time, won't work out here. Sorry, When I party, I go out with my friends.
