We are offering a room in a well-located apartment near Plaça Espanya.
Only short term rentals for maximum 3 months. Certain cases of month extension possible on prior notice and if availability . No empadronamiento provided.
For single person only. If couple , there are more charges on rent .

• House Rules: No pets allowed.
• Preferred Tenants: Preference for female tenants, though male tenants are also welcome.

Please note: for monthly stays there will be 1 month deposit and a cleaning fee of € during exit will be deducted from deposit
ID,NIE, passport / copy compulsory for verification.
For students , we might need the institute or university application confirmation or letter.
For working employees, we may need a company letter or contract copy for verification.
