I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Summit at University City for the upcoming year (). It's a -bath unit, and I have not yet matched with roommates, so you can either pick your own roommates or match with potential ones using a roommate preference app. Currently there is a waitlist for this unit, as it is extremely desirable, so if you take upon my offer, this is ensuring you get this spot!
The apartment is fully furnished, including your own private bedroom and a kitchenette. There's also a monthly utility allowance, so that's all covered.
The amenities here are amazing! You'll have access to a gym, movie theater, sun deck, and outdoor lounging areas, perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends.
