Heyyy everyone! I am looking for someone (preferably female, early to mid s) to take over my room in our apartment located in the tri-taylor area! There are also two bus stops around a minute walk away (the 7 Harrison and Western). It’s a 7 min walk from the western blue line station, and is just a stop away from the medical district, and 3 stops from UIC!

Just a little bit about the apartment - It’s a spacious .5 bath on the garden level, with coin operated laundry in the very back! The rent is $ per person not including utilities (they’ll also let you break it up into multiple payments of $ if that’s a better option for you)! The leasing company is not technically pet friendly, but they do allow emotional support animals as long as you keep clean! You’ll be living with Nia, who is just finishing her 2nd year serving with AmeriCorps!
