Quiet and Dark Loft for day sleepin

Description

I am a photographer living in Texas and only use my live-work loft three times a year for photoshoots when I would be your roommate. I normally stay for no more than 2 weeks to do photoshoots.
The photoshoots take place in the commercial area that has its own bathroom.
What to expect as my roommate during my work:
Sessions start at a.m. and clients leave by p.m. So, if you have a day job, you will be gone during my work.
You will have the bedroom exclusively for you and your belongings, and nobody will be in your room at any time except to access the temperature control.
The rest of the loft will be shared with me during my stay and must remain free from any of your belongings.
There is a storage room in the basement you are welcome to use.
I have one parking spot you are welcome to use when I'm not in town only.
We will share the kitchen and living room area but I normally don't watch TV and go te bed very early.
If you work nights and sleep during the day, it will be required for you to look for temporary accommodations during my stay. Your rent will be prorated for the days you won't be there.
