I am in the process of moving in with my boyfriend and am looking for a female to move in with my current roommate. This is the master bedroom with an attached bathroom and large closet space. I am offering it unfurnished but can leave a queen-sized bed if needed. Available March 1st.
 
Lease Terms:

* Background and credit check required

* No pets allowed
 
-Electricity will be split evenly between yourself and the other roommate based on usage.

About your future roommate:
 
-year old dental assistant, Latina, loves going to the gym, coffee and brunch dates are a must! Must needed Target, Ulta, and Sephora runs. In the summer, loves to go on hikes or tanning by the pool. Other hobbies involve comedy shows, concerts, dancing.
