Female Roommate Needed

Hi, my name is Vanessa. I am a -year old professional. My sister is years old and we are looking for a female roommate. The room is in Palmetto. The monthly rent is $ with utilities included and the room is available on March 1st, but we are open to an earlier move in.

The room does currently have a twin bed which we can move if it is not needed and a good-sized closet. Bathroom with shower/tub combination will be shared. The rest of the house is fully furnished and you are welcome to use our TV, washer/dryer, and appliances/kitchen items that we already have. There is also a ton of parking in case you ever want to have friends over.

The house is also conveniently located less than 5 minutes from a grocery store, fast food, and gas stations. We are also about minutes from the Ellenton outlets, minutes from UTC in Sarasota, and you can also be in Tampa/St. Pete within about minutes without Traffic.

Pets will be considered, we do already have cats and a dog so we just want to make sure it is a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

We want to find someone who is friendly, respectful, and open with communication. If you are interested please reach out so we can do a meet and greet in person so you can see the house and we can get to know our new roommate! Also, a background check will be required before move in.
