Private Room with Attached Bath

Hi,

I do have Bath apartment in Saddle Creek Apartments, Novi to rent out. I am looking for a roommate to share you Bath (attached) from beginning of February, . It's spacious apartment in second floor. No gender preferences on roomate. The apartment is fully furnished. I do have all the gadgets and appliances that a home should have, here. And I am okay with short term rentals as well (minimum 2 months please), if you are unsure of long term plans.

Btw, my name is Rahul. I do work as a software engineer. I’m laid back and easygoing kind of person.

The apartment do have great balcony view – you can see the tennis court, volleyball court, swimming pool, club house everything in a medium distance at the same time the balcony won’t have that much visibility from these common places as they are at much lower height.

Saddle creek community is a calm and quiet one away from road noises and have great scenic ambience. I do see all ethnicity is mixed in a well-balanced way as well. It is pet friendly and extremely hygiene campus.

Open to talk on rent amount if you find it slightly out of your budget. Also, no gender preferences, open to students and professionals, open to all age categories and having or not having a pet also okay for me.

My main intention is to have someone to chat with rather than being alone in the apartment all the time.
